One-to-One Training
Setting goals and maintaining focus
For those wanting to get back into shape, to keep motivated or to just ensure that muscle is retained then weekly 1-2-1 PT sessions are for you.
In our one-to-one sessions, together we focus on your goals and what you want to achieve to allow me to tailor and adjust fitness programmes to meet your abilities and aims.
Some people find group training tough, especially if they feel their abilities are not in line with those of the group – and this then gives them negative training. Others simply prefer the targeted approach and require individual attention to ensure they are performing to maximum effect for the whole of the 45min session.
Whatever your reason for one-to-one training, you can be assured of focused and positive guidance that gets you motivated and “maxed out” to ensure your time is used effectively and constructively.
16+ Personal Training
If you have a younger member of the family who would like to get started on fitness but is too young to join a Gym, then individual PT sessions are a great way to provide that insight and get the mindset of training and healthy eating in place.
Individual Personal Training
If you have an event you want to prepare for, be it a sporting event, personal event, party or just want to get motivated to get you back on track, then this is a perfect way to get some accountability in place and get at the gym.
Group or Couple PT's
If you like training with others and want to train with a friend or family member that is not a problem, we can structure the training to suit each individual need and work around any difficulties or injuries with of you might have.
